When does the course start and finish?
The course starts whenever you are ready to dive in! There is about 5 hours of course material that you are able to finish on your own time.

How long will it take to see results?
You could start seeing improvements in just a week but this will depend on the person and situation. If you follow the material in order and don't rush to get through it all you will have better results.

How will I know Im getting better?
ANY improvement in your symptoms is a step in the right direction but keep a look out for more energy, better bowel movements, improved appetite, less bloat, better sleep, better mood and clearer skin!

Can this course help me if I have IBS or SIBO?
Yes! Almost all of the material in the course would be beneficial for IBS and SIBO. However, we do not go into FODMAPS or root cause testing to address the deeper root of these conditions. You would need to work with me 1:1 for that.

What should I do if I finish the course and am still dealing with symptoms?
I recommend you implement all the course material for at least 4 months after finishing the course and then assessing symptoms then. Changes take time to kick in and for the body to both recognize and make change. Consistency is key! If after four months you are still dealing with severe symptoms, I recommend you reach out for more individualized support. Of course if your symptoms are really bad feel free to reach out sooner than 4 months! I am here for you.
